In a rare cases if a deposit is required, please understand that the deposit are not refundable.

Once your deposit is paid, production work begins on your new hair system. Due to the custom nature of the Ada Leroux Hair system, deposits are non-refundable and credit can not be applied to future purchases.

CONSULTATION APPOINTMENTS
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please be on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please give us a call thanks to reschedule as their may be other clients that booked time after you with us.
As a courtesy, we do call, text, and/or email to confirm the date and time of your appointment at least 24 to 48 hours prior. If we are unable to reach you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double-check any appointments if you’re unsure.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation of $25 will apply.
– Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
This applies to any salon services that you book.
