Due to the nature and customization of our (hair system). Under no circumstances will we provide a refund or exchange.  ALL sales are FINAL on purchases. 

DEPOSITS 

A consultation  fee $35 for private in-person or virtual consultation are non-refundable and goes towards purchase of medical wig or other added hair system.

However all consultation fees will not be refunded for no shows be it private in-person or virtual appointment, late arrivals (more than 15 minutes), missed appointments, no purchase made.

 If you are needing custom medical wig hair system that we do not carry then an additional deposit is required.  Once  we receive your deposit 35%  production will begin on your new hair system. Please note depending on your specific needs your new hair can take 40 to 70 days to complete. Due to the custom nature of the Ada Leroux Hair system, deposits fee of 35 %  are non-refundable and credit can not be applied to future purchases.

We are committed to helping you to feel like yourself again. So, with that being said please be on time for your in-person or virtual appointment. We have other clients that booked time after you with us. 

As a courtesy, we do text, and/or email to confirm the date and time of your appointment at least 24 to 48 hours prior.  understand that it is your responsibility to remember the appointment time and date you have set. You are always welcome to call and double-check any appointments if you’re unsure.
